Day 2 Printable Cheatsheet
Day 2 Cheatsheet:
“What to do instead of correcting them”
This cheatsheet helps you in the moment with:
Why correcting them is backfiring, and the rule to follow instead.
The simple body-language shift that works much better than only using your words.
The 4 health & safety baselines: when to step in, and when to let it go.
Assignment & Instructions
Don’t forfeit your results by avoiding the assignment!
The workshop shows you what to do - the results come from actually putting it into practice. If you want to see a difference in your life, the assignments are how you make it happen!
Day 2 Assignment:
Identify one recurring situation where you normally end up correcting them or trying to fix their behavior.
Choose 1 way of responding that you'll try out before next session (leaving & coming back, getting curious etc.)
Once you’ve done the assignement, share your experience (good or bad) in the workshop Facebook Group so we can all support you and celebrate wins together.
The workshop is only 3 days, but we still have Q&A sessions to support you on Tuesday 3/31 and Wednesday 4/1 (7:30pm ET on Zoom both dauys), so you have until April 1st to complete your assignment and still get feedback / help from Krista and the workshop community on Facebook.
Important Info About Tomorrow + Day 3!
Tonight, Thursday (Day 3) is the biggest mistake of all - not preparing for the future. Knowing what to expect moving forward is very important, so make sure you don’t miss it!
You’ll want to be there live if possible tonight - if that isn’t possible, we have an encore of it on Sunday 3/29 at 2pm US Eastern Time.
If you can join live, you’ll get:
Experience/meet other caregivers in breakout rooms.
A chance to win prizes.
